Studio

Small rooms, fewer people, less noise.

WIU is run by two people who got tired of open-plan offices and equally tired of working from a sofa. The studio is not a coworking chain. There is no app, no punch card, and no lobby playlist.

We keep the calendar short so the building stays quiet. Most guests are independent consultants, two-person product teams, and editors who need a closed door for a week. If you need a hundred desks, we will happily point you somewhere else.

Mail and parcels can be received during opening hours. Printing, a simple podcast corner, and a kettle that actually boils are included. Parking is on the street; bikes go in the yard.

Visits are by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome if a room is free, but we do not keep a front desk all day.
